To most of the world, mimosa is a plant that folds its leaves when touched or exposed to heat. When I was a child, we loved to touch mimosa just to see the action. Kind of like a gentle, non-cannibalistic version of the Venus Flytrap.
To some others, mimosa is a cocktail made from champagne and some citrus juices. Or so I’m told.
But on this blog, the Mimosa is just a girl trying to live her life to the fullest.
